1:1 Osteopathic Treatment

Osteopathy is a whole-body approach to manual therapy that works with the relationships between structure, movement, and function. Sessions are tailored specifically to you, your history, your nervous system, and what your body is communicating in that moment.

This is appropriate for people managing persistent pain, tension, post-injury recovery, nervous system dysregulation, headaches, jaw concerns, and much more. Each session includes both hands-on treatment and conversation to help you understand what is happening and why.

Online Pilates, Yoga & Somatic Movement

Colleen offers therapeutic movement sessions rooted in Pilates, yoga, and somatic awareness. The focus is not on fitness or performance, it is on building a clearer, calmer relationship with how your body moves and feels.

Classes are offered on Zoom and hosted on Hey Marvellous where you can access not only the current class, but the library of past offerings.

Aquatic Osteopathy

Booking soon for the 2026 summer season.

Aquatic osteopathy takes place in a warm, body-temperature pool where the body is fully supported by water and gentle flotation.
This reduces the effects of gravity, allowing for effortless movement and a deeper level of ease in the system. The combination of warmth, buoyancy, and subtle manual guidance makes this approach particularly comfortable for people living with pain, while still allowing for meaningful therapeutic work.
