Osteopathy is a whole-body approach to manual therapy that works with the relationships between structure, movement, and function. Sessions are tailored specifically to you, your history, your nervous system, your individual needs and what your body is communicating in that moment.
One-on-one Osteopathy is good for people managing persistent pain, tension, post-injury recovery, pre- and post-surgery, nervous system dysregulation, headaches, post-concussion, eye & jaw concerns, pregnancy, newborns, and much much more. Each session includes both hands-on treatment and conversation to help you understand what is happening and why.

Aquatic osteopathy takes place in a residential, outdoor body-temperature pool (92-95 degrees). Your body is fully supported by Colleen, the water and gentle flotation props.
Water sessions reduce the effects of gravity and allows for effortless movement in all directions. Being in the water feels like coming home to your nervous system and results in a deeper sense of ease. The combination of warmth, buoyancy, support, care and manual techniques makes this approach particularly unique & effective for people living with pain. Aquatic Osteopathy is deep, meaningful, therapeutic work and an experience like none other. It is my favourite way to work with people!
Sessions will be offered from June - September in Dollard des Ormeaux, Qc.
To book an Aquatic Osteopathy session, click the button below.
NB: Aside from a short verbal check-in at the beginning and end of the session, there is no talking during an Aquatic session. If this is your first time working with Colleen, send her an email with your medical history details and what you are consulting for a week before your session so she can familiarize herself with your story.
At the heart of these offerings is the idea of Stillness in Motion—the ability to find steadiness within movement, and flow within the stillness. Through strength, self-treatment, fascial work, and movement practices you begin to develop a more responsive, adaptable relationship with your body.

In this workshop we will use a specific contract / relax of the muscles, 'fascial flossing' to pump the lymphatic system. When your lymph system is stagnant it is not able to rid the body of waste. That contributes to fatigue, tension, and pain. This workshop uses fascial flossing and breath to promote lymphatic flow and optimal well being.
