Colleen offers practical, nuanced education for manual practitioners, health professionals and movement teachers who want to deepen their ability to work with people living with chronic pain.
Three distinct programs, each designed for different stages of professional development and different roles in the field.
A structured certificate program that equips practitioners with a thorough grounding in pain care, providing you the foundation to teach with safety, sensitivity, and evidence-informed guidance in group settings.
By combining pain neuroscience with applied tools and real-world scenarios, this program helps you develop the confidence to respond to what you see in front of you, while supporting the diverse needs of participants within a group.
Ideal for physiotherapists, osteopaths, chiropractors, massage therapists, yoga therapists, and other hands-on practitioners, this program provides a foundation in pain neuroscience alongside practical tools to help you better understand pain, communicate more effectively with clients, and adapt your approach in real time.
* In this second section one of your clients may attend with you, for free. They will act as your case study.
For practitioners who want to understand pain from the inside out and bring that understanding into their clinical work. This program offers a way to experience the process firsthand, while developing the tools to support others with greater clarity, confidence, and responsiveness.
Colleen’s training programs draw participants from across healthcare and movement disciplines. You are a strong candidate if you:
Programs are offered online. Some sections are presented asynchronously (meaning you can watch the videos and complete them at your own pace). Each certificate program also has a synchronous or in-real-time practicum where you will meet with your cohort and with Colleen on Zoom. This means you can participate from anywhere in the world while still benefiting from real-time learning and discussion.
Cohort dates are announced on a rolling basis. Add yourself to the waitlist to be the first to know when a program opens for registration.
All programs are capped for quality. Spaces are limited and fill quickly with returning cohorts.
Colleen brings more than 28 years of clinical and educational experience to each training she offers. Her work is grounded in ongoing learning, research literacy, and a deeply practical understanding of what works in real clinical and teaching environments.
She teaches from the intersection of osteopathy, pain neuroscience, movement, and somatic awareness — which means the training you receive is not one-dimensional. It is rich, layered, and immediately applicable.
Participants consistently describe her programs as both challenging and supportive: the kind of learning that changes how you see your work, not just what you do in it.
